Referral Program

At ASK Staffing, we realize the importance of building our business through word of mouth. Industry statistics show that many talented workers will change jobs every two years, and while there are many factors that go into landing a new employment opportunity, the successful placements are a direct result of referrals from friends and colleagues.

As a ASK employee, you are eligible to receive a fee up to $1,000 for simply referring a friend or colleague to our company. Even if you're not a ASK employee, you can still earn referral bonuses of up to $600!

Here's how:

• Submit the name, phone number and email address of a friend or colleague who is seeking a job. We will take over the process of recruiting the individual and placing him/her in a new position.
• Submit the name, phone number and email address of a business that is seeking staffing services. We will follow-up ASAP with a phone call to the lead.

Referral program rules

• The Candidate must complete the guarantee 90 day period prior to the payment of any referral bonus.
• The maximum fee is $1000.00.
• A client referral must be a business that ASK has not contacted within 90 days prior to your referral.
• The new client must fill an open position through ASK.
