Candidate Compensation

ASK is committed to providing the best services for our Candidates. We understand how important flexibility is so ASK Staffing allows you to choose the salary option that is best for you*. Candidates may choose from the following compensation programs:

  • Hourly
  • Hourly with Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Salary

*Availability of salary options is subject to compliance with local wage and hour laws.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

For Candidates who choose the Salary or Hourly/PTO compensation program, we combine vacation, sick, and personal time into one flexible pool of Paid Time Off (PTO). PTO time accrues each pay period for a total of three weeks annually. Candidates with five years of employment earn four weeks of PTO, and after ten years of employment they earn five weeks of PTO. Best of all this is not a "use it or lose it" plan. Any unused PTO time may be carried over from year to year, and will be paid when the Candidate leaves ASK Staffing.

Holidays

Holidays are important times for rest and renewal. ASK recognizes the value of holiday time off so we provide nine paid holidays per year for the Salary and Hourly/PTO Candidates.

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • July 4th
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day and the Friday after Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day
  • A floating day at Christmas
