Benefits Available

Just like full-time employees, our temporary employees must work a certain period of time before we are able to offer many of our employer-contributed benefits. Depending on their eligibility, our employees have access to:

  • Direct Deposit - All ASK employees may sign up for payroll direct deposit to their bank account.
  • Medical Insurance – A first-rate medical program is offered with a choice of coverage based on locations.
  • Medical Cafeteria Plan - A Section 125 Cafeteria Plan is available to all full-time employees, who enroll in the ASK medical or dental plans. This benefit allows eligible employees to redirect pre-tax salary deductions to pay for medical expenses and premiums.
  • Dental Insurance - Our dental insurance plan is open to all full-time employees.
  • Disability Insurance - This comprehensive policy is provided through nationally recognized Aflac Insurance and is available to all full time employees.
  • 401(k) Plan - After one year of service with ASK Staffing, our employees are eligible to participate in a 401K program through Putnam Financial.
  • Life Insurance – Employees enrolled in the medial plan are also eligible for a $15,000 basic life insurance policy. Additional employee funded life insurance is also available.

    Flexible Options

    During the annual open enrollment held in June, employees can review the changes being made by their current plan to make sure it still meets their needs. They can also change insurance benefits for major life events such as marriage or the birth of a child. A full list of qualifying events is available from Human Resources.
